Hi, I’m Dan Foz, an Austin-based producer, guitarist and looping artist who plays a variety of styles, with a groove-based approach.
Rhythm has always been a big part of my musical sensibility, and part of why I love music so much. Whether it’s a loop-infused solo set, or performing with a band, I’m always looking for an opportunity to find the pocket.
I find unique ways to weave rhythm, mood and my musical influences -- from reggae to blues, funk or indie rock -- into my live performances and recorded work.
